Snowman ornament
Here's a cute little snowman ornament that I made this week. I used acrylic paint to cover the inside, and then painted the outside. To seal it, I used a clear coat of glitter spray. A cute and easy ornament to make for the holidays! Happy crafting!
Edited to add: This is a glass ornament that I found at Hobby Lobby. I poured some white paint on the inside of the ornament and made sure it was all covered. I did find out that if you are not careful while it is drying, it will continue to run. I put the face side down as it dried, so that the front would still be covered completely. I painted the cap, face, and buttons on the outside. After everything was dried, I used a glitter spray to seal the paint on the outside, otherwise it would all scratch off.
Missy, this is an adorable ornament. You always inspire me to try something new. Great job! LC
ReplyDeleteI love that. Can you give more detail on how you made it. Is that a light bulb?
